Kant, Fundamental Principles of the Metaphysic of Morals, tr. Thomas Kingsmill Abbott (Project Gutenberg #5682): "There is therefore but one categorical imperative, namely, this: Act only on that maxim whereby thou canst at the same time will that it should become a universal law."
Kant, Fundamental Principles of the Metaphysic of Morals, tr. Thomas Kingsmill Abbott (Project Gutenberg #5682): "If now we attend to ourselves on occasion of any transgression of duty, we shall find that we in fact do not will that our maxim should be a universal law, for that is impossible for us; on the contrary, we will that the opposite should remain a universal law, only we assume the liberty of making an exception in our own favour or (just for this time only) in favour of our inclination."

Kant, Fundamental Principles of the Metaphysic of Morals, tr. Thomas Kingsmill Abbott (Project Gutenberg #5682): "So act as to treat humanity, whether in thine own person or in that of any other, in every case as an end withal, never as means only."

Kant, Fundamental Principles of the Metaphysic of Morals, tr. Thomas Kingsmill Abbott (Project Gutenberg #5682): "In the kingdom of ends everything has either value or dignity. Whatever has a value can be replaced by something else which is equivalent; whatever, on the other hand, is above all value, and therefore admits of no equivalent, has a dignity."

Es sind folgende: 1. Selbstdenken; 2.
검증에 쓴 판본: Kant, Kant's Critique of Judgement, tr. J. H. Bernard, 2nd ed. 1914 (Project Gutenberg #48433): "They are: 1° to think for oneself; 2° to put ourselves in thought in the place of every one else; 3° always to think consistently. The first is the maxim of unprejudiced thought; the second of enlarged thought; the third of consecutive thought."

검증에 쓴 판본: Kant, Kant's Critique of Judgement, tr. J. H. Bernard, 2nd ed. 1914 (Project Gutenberg #48433): "However small may be the area or the degree to which a man's natural gifts reach, yet it indicates a man of enlarged thought if he disregards the subjective private conditions of his own judgement, by which so many others are confined, and reflects upon it from a universal standpoint (which he can only determine by placing himself at the standpoint of others)."
